Main Function of the CPU


- To monitor the development and modernization of the postal services in its member countries;

-  To draw up a list of priority actions to be taken to improve the operation of the post in relations among its member countries and between them and countries outside the Union and to facilitate mobilization of the means available for that purpose.

Clare was born and raised in the village of Soufriere in Dominica and has served as Postmaster General (Manager of the National Post System) for a combined total of over sixteen years. Clare is passionate about the Post and dedicated to its growth, advancement, modernization and spreading awareness of its continued relevance in the Caribbean.

23rd CPU Conference


The 24th Caribbean Postal Union Conference this year will be held hybrid from July 18th - 22nd and the Meeting of the Caribbean Council of Ministers on July 28-29th, 2022. All virtual participants from member states will join via the online platform.
